Family shoots can look very different from one hour to the next.  Some are easy going, some are more stressful for families.  My goal is to set everyone at ease as quickly as possible, keep each person comfortable throughout, and most important keep things light and fun so that the memories we make are warm, kind, classic and most of all natural. Young children, teens, senior citizens, each have their complications.  But it is rare to have a perfect posed setting. Family portraits always turn out better if we simply "Let things role".  I genuinely feel that you will receive more positive responses on a Portrait hanging in your home if it is naturally posed or maybe not so posed.
